About BTC

BTC was established in 1947 by a group of enthusiastic tennis players looking for a place to play their favorite game. They were able to make arrangements with the Cranbrook Educational Community for the use of the courts at the Kingswood School while the girls were away for the summer months. This tradition has continued for over 50 years.

In 1975 a clubhouse was added that quickly became the venue for the numerous social events that add to making summers special at BTC.

The beautiful natural surroundings here on the Cranbrook campus, along with that same enthusiasm for the game in today's members, continue to make BTC a "one of a kind" in this metropolitan area.

There are no court fees at BTC. We're looking forward to seeing you on the courts!
